INTENSIVE, all-out, 1 hour workout by kayak for weight loss or
getting in shape

NO CHARGE – NO LESSON – 1 HOUR (or
less) of fast paddling

straight-line course (out and back).

Monday Night - Connetquot River @ 6 pm
Rentals
available for anyone without a kayak, but this should not be the first time in a
kayak. This is a show-and-go
paddle so there is no need to contact me unless you need more information or
to reserve a rental kayak.
